LOCATION: Hargett Place - 408 E. Hargett Street

Hargett Place, a new community of nineteen rowhomes in downtown Raleigh, will host a Designer Showcase Home event in partnership with several local businesses for the benefit of the Southeast Raleigh YMCA.

Seven local designers, artists and other creative design professionals will come together to transform the Showcase Home into a vision of urban southern luxury. The designers, along with Artspace, Bland Landscaping, and Greg Paul Builders, are working with Kim Shirley to curate a home representing a lifestyle unparalleled in a downtown setting. All art will be available for purchase through Artspace.

The Friday-night preview event offers exclusive access to the Showcase Home — you’ll enjoy food and drinks from Raleigh’s favorite restaurants and bars while mingling with the designers, builders, and artists bringing Hargett Place to life.

Hargett Place Designer Showcase Home: Open House
March 25-26; April 1-2; April 8-9

Over three weekends starting March 25, the Showcase Home will feature a traditional open house. The Open House day pass is good for either Saturday or Sunday of one of the three weekends.

All proceeds benefit the Southeast Raleigh YMCA.
