Jonathon and the Gingery Snare
An enchanting performance of ballets based on favorite childhood stories. Jonathon and the Gingery Snare is a narrated ballet with live music written and composed by Durham-based Pulitzer prize winner, Robert Ward, about a boy searching for a pet within the percussion section of the orchestra.
Fancy Nancy is a series of books written by Jane O’Connor, illustrated by Robin Preiss Glasser.
The illustrator will be available for book signing at the Saturday performances.
