Hibernian Irish Pub & Restaurant in downtown Raleigh alongside Shop Local Raleigh are excited to be hosting their annual St. Patrick’s Festival on the 300 block of Glenwood Ave and 600 block of North St. Glenwood South will be filled with the sights and sounds of local Irish culture all day from Noon until 11 pm on the 11th.
