Hey kids, how would you like to be a newscaster? The Raleigh City Museum and WRAL offer you the chance to learn what it is like to be a real news reporter! Brian Shrader, WRAL’s traffic reporter, will share what it is like to work at a news station. Kids will then have the chance to step into the shoes of a reporter and record a broadcast, which they will be able to watch on a live monitor. This program is free and open to the public. Children should be accompanied by an adult and the program is appropriate for ages six and up.
